If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for refund within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing sales@talismandesigns.com for a return authorization.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund (minus the original shipping charges) will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
