Refunds will be processed, minus the original shipping cost, within 10-14 business days from receipt of the returned products via the same payment method in which you purchased them. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the consumer. Please email sales@talismandesigns.com for a return authorization. Returns must be in their original packaging and unused.
