We hope that you love our products as much as we loved designing them! We want you to be happy with our products! Returns are allowed within 15 days from the delivery of your order. Refunds will be processed, minus the original shipping cost, within 10-14 business days from receipt of the returned products via the same payment method in which you purchased them. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the consumer. Please email sales@talismandesigns.com for a return authorization. Returns must be in their original packaging and unused.
